Robert Sintic

VP & CTO

Since 1997

Robert Sintic, Chief Technology Officer and Security Officer, has dedicated over 27 years to Dolbey. He began in technical support and advanced through roles in development and architecture, shaping the companyโ€™s core technologies.

As the architect behind key software products, he now leads the software development, IT, and technology research teams, driving innovation and ensuring technical excellence. His leadership continues to enhance Dolbeyโ€™s solutions, keeping them at the forefront of the industry.

Michael Miller

Vice President of Client Services

Since 2003

As Vice President of Client Services, Michael oversees client support for Dolbeyโ€™s hospital revenue cycle products in coding and CDI. He brings extensive experience from previous roles in revenue cycle management at PwC and PHNS/AtoS.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time outdoors, especially near water, with friends. Heโ€™s passionate about hands-on activities, including mild construction projects, and enjoys learning new skills through practical DIY endeavors.

Cory Wheatcraft

VP & CFO

Since 2017

Cory Wheatcraft brings over 18 years of extensive financial expertise to Dolbey, serving as our Chief Financial Officer for the past 7 years. Cory is responsible for overseeing the companyโ€™s financial operations, including strategic planning, financial reporting, and risk management.

Cory is a graduate of the University of Akron with a degree in financial services. Outside of work, Cory enjoys outdoor adventures, including hiking, camping, and snowboarding.

Chris Casto

SVP & COO

Since 1991

Chris Castoโ€™s first role at Dolbey was selling cassette dictation machines door-to-door. Through the years, Chris has remained in a sales or leadership role and today is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer overseeing daily operations.

Outside of work, as empty nesters, he and his wife spend a lot of time at Cleveland baseball games and working with Cleveland Guardianโ€™s Charities.

Traci Miller

Marketing Director

Since 2007

Traci Miller, Marketing Director, brings nearly three decades of marketing expertise, including 18 years of leadership at Dolbey. She specializes in event planning, trade show management, and enhancing brand visibility and engagement.

Outside of work, Traci cherishes her family life. She’s been happily married for over 28 years and cherishes her roles as a parent and grandparent. She also enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and spending quality time with friends.

Heather Gladden, CDIP, CCS

Director, Product and Strategy

Since 2006

Heather Gladden, Director of Product and Strategy at Dolbey, oversees product design and the subject matter expert team, specializing in CAC and CDI implementations. With almost 20 years of experience at Dolbey, Heatherโ€™s leadership has contributed to Fusion CAC earning the Best in KLAS award for the last nine years.

Holding CCS and CDIP credentials, she brings deep industry expertise, ensuring innovative and effective solutions that drive client success and uphold Dolbeyโ€™s reputation for excellence.

Dennis Kurlinski

Director, Business Solutions

Since 2002

Dennis Kurlinski has built a career of over two decades at Dolbey, spanning almost every role in Client Services. Now as Director of Business Solutions, Dennis leads our implementations, uniting teams and working with clients to maximize the value of Dolbeyโ€™s solutions.

Dennisโ€™s leadership combines technical expertise, client connection, and a commitment to excellence, ensuring every project is executed with precision.

Michael Eminger, MSN, RN, CRNA, CDIP

Lead Clinical Subject Matter Expert

Since 2022

Michael Eminger serves as the Lead Clinical Subject Matter Expert at Dolbey. With over 16 years in the medical industry, including 14 as a Registered Nurse and 7 as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, Michael brings extensive clinical expertise.

Since joining Dolbey, he’s earned his CDIP credential and has been instrumental in developing the CDI Alerts Prioritization module. His commitment to advancing medical practices supports the ongoing success of Dolbeyโ€™s initiatives.

Matt Turner

Director, Business Development

Since 2012

Matt Turner is the Director of Business Development at Dolbey, bringing nearly 30 years of experience to the team. He spent 7 years as an exclusive Dolbey reseller before joining the company 14 years ago.

Matt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Stonehill College in North Easton, MA. Outside of work, he is a dedicated family man, married with two children, and an avid cyclist.

Jennifer L. Cooper, MHIIM, RHIA, CDIP, CCS

SME Solutions Advisor

Since 2023

Jennifer Cooper joined Dolbey in 2023 as a Program Manager and now serves as a SME Solutions Advisor. A credentialed HIM professional and former HIM Director, she previously partnered with Dolbey to implement Fusion CAC/CDI in two EHR systems.

Her experience as both a customer and vendor gives her unique insight to help clients optimize workflows, improve documentation accuracy, and achieve operational success with Dolbey’s innovative solutions.

Jeremy Pritchard

SME Solutions Developer

Since 2017

Jeremy Pritchard joined Dolbey as a Client Service/Support Triage Intern and advanced through technical support and SME roles. Now a SME Solutions Developer, he specializes in script development and technical implementation for the CDI Alerts and Clinical Alerts prioritization modules, delivering innovative and efficient solutions for our clients’ needs.

Before joining the IT sphere, Jeremy pursued culinary arts at Pennsylvania Culinary School. In his spare time, he enjoys gaming, experimenting with his home server, and growing fresh vegetables in his hydroponic garden.

Katie Browske

SME Solutions Analyst

Since 2019

Katie Browske is the SME Solutions Analyst. She has been dedicated to building strong client relationships since she started in 2019. With expertise in problem-solving and proactive communication, she ensures customers achieve their goals and maximize product value, driving satisfaction and long-term success.

Outside of work, Katie is often reading or spending time with her husband and friends. Her dogs may speak up on a call to alert everyone to the danger from birds, bees, or other wildlife getting too close.

Tara Gee, MS, CCC-SLP

Program Manager

Since 2025

Tara Gee is Dolbey’s Program Manager, supporting our technical project teams and managing complex implementations of coding and documentation solutions. With experience in program management within healthcare, education, and process improvement, she excels at aligning project goals with client needs. Tara’s leadership and strategic focus drive efficient, high-quality project execution.

When not at work, Tara loves being outside in the dirt riding mountain bikes, building trails or racing rally in her STI. Her side hustle is being a pastry chef and baker.

Jacqueline Harris

Project Manager

Since 2024

Jacqueline Harris is a seasoned project manager with 10 years of experience, combining strong project management skills and technical expertise to drive successful outcomes. She operates with integrity, upholding values that foster trust and transparency.

Jacqueline is dedicated to positive interactions, ensuring clear communication and collaborative teamwork to achieve client goals while maintaining professionalism in every aspect.

Estefania Lupo

Project Manager

Since 2022

Estefania Lupo made the leap from Preschool Director to Technical Project Manager, carrying over strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. With experience managing teams and keeping everything running smoothly, Estefania now focuses on coordinating technical projects, solving problems, and bringing teams together to ensure the business goals are met.

Her ability to adapt and connect with people has been key to her success in both roles.

Ryan Wilson

Project Manager

Since 2021

Ryan Wilson held project management roles for over 20 years, transitioning from the construction and electronics disciplines into healthcare software solutions. ย Ryanโ€™s responsibilities in the role of Technical Project Manager include integration of new Fusion CAC systems, facility additions, and enhancement modules for existing installations.

Utilizing experience gained across a wide range of installations, Ryan strives to ensure a successful outcome for his customer on each project.

Ricky Dimitrov

Project Manager

Since 2020

Ricky Dimitrov has been with Dolbey as a Technical Project Manager since 2020. With a background in hospitality and a strong emphasis on interpersonal skills, Ricky has successfully led several implementations of our CAC solution, with teams both large and small.

Ricky’s ability to work with different personalities combined with his critical thinking skills allows him to stay organized and keep teams engaged, ensuring successful implementations and happy customers.

Jennifer Parrilla

Client Success Coordinator

Since 2023

As the Client Success Coordinator, Jennifer Parilla, plays a key role in delivering outstanding client support. With a keen focus on organization, Jen is proactive in managing and maintaining the client support case queue.

When she’s not at work, Jen is a loving wife and mother to two kids and enjoys spending quality time with them at Disney. She has a passion for organizing and loves to make sure everything is in its perfect place, whether it’s at home or at events.
